Nova Development Limited 會小心處理每張訂單，並於出貨前進行包裝檢查。如商品於送貨過程中出現明顯損壞，請於收貨日起計 24 小時內聯絡我們，我們會盡快協助跟進。

請注意，保養及跟進服務不包括任何人為損壞或因錯誤使用、搬運不當等原因造成的損壞。

目前送貨範圍僅限香港地區。如送貨地址屬偏遠地區（如離島、村屋、限制區域等），可能需額外收費，將會有專人聯絡作進一步安排。

為確保送貨順利，請提供正確地址及聯絡電話。如未能成功聯絡或送貨受阻，可能會延誤出貨或產生附加費用，敬請留意。

 

Shipping Policy

Nova Development Limited carefully handles every order and inspects the packaging before shipment. If any visible damage is found upon delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt and we will follow up as soon as possible.

Please note that our warranty and after-sales support do not cover any damage caused by human error, including improper use, handling, or installation.

Currently, we only deliver within Hong Kong. For remote areas (such as outlying islands, village houses, or restricted zones), additional charges may apply. Our team will contact you to arrange further details if necessary.

To ensure smooth delivery, please provide accurate address and contact information. Delays or extra charges may result if we are unable to contact you or if delivery is unsuccessful.
